Force Mechanics have succesfully delivered a mechanical project for DEME on one of their most impressive ships. In less than 6000 manhours we managed to overhaul 48 big size gearboxes. Job well done of our Mechanical Team!

Every 6 years BASF plans a major Turn Around on one of its most complicated installations. The Steamcracker Turn Around is mostly carried out in the springtime by approximately 1500 contractors. Force Mechanics is very proud to announce that we are selected to perform the complete decommissioning and commissioning. It concerns about 10.000 scope packages. As one of the leading players on the Belgian market, we guarantee the best quality in the safest way.

We provide mounting and welding activities at the Hoboken and Olen site for Material technology company Umicore. We have a permanent workshop and dedicated team available on-site and provide assistance to day-to-day maintenance but also during shutdown activities.

For Arlanxeo, a world-leading synthetic rubber company, we provided mechanical assistance in disassembly and assembly of a number of compressors.

In their Antwerp Refinery, the Total Group is busy constructing two new units: a solvent deasphalting unit and a mild hydrocracking unit. Our team of mechanics have performed bolting activities during construction of this unit and contribute in an coordination team responsible for delivering input on a best-practise flange management procedure for maintenance activities on these bolted flanges joints.
